Daryl Allen Matusz, 57, passed away on January 20, 2014. He is survived by: children, Lori (Kevin) Polus, Nicole Matusz, and Michael Matusz all of Griffith, Indiana; siblings, Danielle (David) Kline, Kimberly (Daniel) Clawson, Phil (Debbie) Matusz; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loved ones. He was preceded in death by siblings: Eugene A. Matusz, Thomas M. Matusz, and Greg P. Matusz.
